Simple Minds.....finally came back to Montreal !

Imagine getting to see live, one of your favorite bands knocking out song after song and sounding the same as they did 30 years ago ! Better yet ! In an amazing venue like Metropolis whereby the 2,300 capacity gives you the impression that you were invited to a large private party put on by the band. It was an amazing and very memorable evening and you could tell the Jim (lead singer) was touched by the very warm welcome and participate of the crowd. Thank you Simple Minds and thank you fans of Montreal !

Luckily the new stuff sounds like the old stuff so everything moved along seamlessly . The second half of the show were the classic hits and to end it all with their vesion of " GLORIA" Priceless .... best show of the year !! highly reccomend to see SIMPLE MINDS for the even the fairweather fan you won't regret it !!
UK classic rock at it's best
